A Space Dedicated To Caring for Mothers






For nearly a decade, I’ve had the honor of supporting new mothers (and women trying to get pregnant) through food — nourishing them during one of the most sacred and transformative times of their lives. What started as a simple act of love has grown into a deep passion and purpose.
In the beginning, I didn’t know which ingredients truly helped with pre-natal and postpartum recovery — things that support getting pregnant, milk supply, hormone balance, and overall healing. But through years of learning, research, and hands-on experience, I’ve developed a powerful approach to pre-natal and postpartum nourishment that helps mothers feel restored, balanced, and cared for.
While I’ll continue working with my regular private chef clients, my heart is being called to focus more intentionally on new mothers and their postpartum journeys. I’m so excited to share my new venture, The Carrying Kitchen — where I nurture and celebrate motherhood through healing meals and holistic care, including placenta encapsulation.
